The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business-to-business sales, preferably in the cosmetic ingredients and fragrance industry, and a technical scientific qualification to advise manufacturing research and development chemists on the most suitable ingredients to use in their formulations.
This is a multi-functional role that involves building excellent relationships with existing customers, increasing sales, and gaining new customers. You will work closely with a small team comprising product managers, sales representatives, marketing, logistics, and accounts to achieve your sales targets.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 to $100,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
In this role, you will be required to have a flair for marketing and communications, and be skilled in Excel and numbers-oriented. You must also be willing to travel locally and possibly internationally, and have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
