About the Job

The Business Development Administrative Assistant will provide critical support to our sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports and documents.
  • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and files.
  • Preparing and coordinating sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software applications relevant to the role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on administration or business-related fields.
