Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at our Menlyn Mall store. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and providing a unique shopping experience to our discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
  • Offer a personalized and exceptional experience to every client, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
  • Grade 12 certificate and tertiary qualification in Psychology and/or Marketing (or any other relevant qualification) would be advantageous.
