We are seeking a highly skilled Steel Industry Sales Development Manager to join our team at Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in sales development and business growth, with a strong background in the architectural and building industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and expand market share in the steel industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales plans, target accounts, and negotiate deals.
  • Provide sales training and coaching to ensure sales teams meet or exceed targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or engineering.
  • Proven track record of success in sales development, business growth, and leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the steel industry, including products, applications, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
