Payroll and Benefits Administrator

We are looking for a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team at ATNS SOC Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering payroll and benefits services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
About the Role:The Payroll and Benefits Administrator will be responsible for processing payroll and benefits transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to employees.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administer payroll and benefits services
- Process payroll and benefits transactions
- Maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll and benefits administration. You should have a strong understanding of payroll and benefits practices and policies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- B-degree in Commerce/Human Resources Management/Organisational Psychology or relevant field
- Honours degree in any of the above fields will be an advantage
- Registration with SABPP as a Certified Compensation Specialist will be an advantage
- Registration with SARA will be an advantage
- Excel Certification will be an advantage
