We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Isilumko Staffing. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, develop, and manage a team of sales professionals
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
• Train and develop sales skills and knowledge
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide feedback to team members
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

• Matric qualification
• FSCA-recognised qualification in long-term insurance
• RE5 and RE1 qualifications
• CPD and COB qualifications in long-term insurance and investments
• At least 2 years' experience in long-term insurance and project management
• 1 year of management experience with oversight and advisory responsibilities
• Own car and valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and persuasion skills
• Clear criminal record and credit record
