Job Title: Sales Manager

Isilumko Staffing is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and develop brokers and sales representatives
  • Ensure the sales team meets their targets
  • Train brokers on sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
  • Focus on business retention and customer satisfaction
  • Drive compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Matric qualification
  • FSCA-recognised qualification in long-term insurance
  • RE 5 and RE 1 qualifications
  • CPD and COB certifications in long-term insurance and investments
  • At least 2 years' experience in long-term insurance and project management
  • 1 year of management experience, with a focus on advisory services for categories A, B1, B2, C, B1-A, B2-A, and retail pension funds
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and persuasion skills
  • Driven and energetic individual with a clear criminal record and credit history
