Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to join our team as Senior Manager: Marketing Communications. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing communications plans to enhance the bank's brand presence and customer engagement. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that meet the bank's business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic marketing communications plans to enhance the bank's brand presence and customer engagement
• Utilize market research and customer insights to refine messaging and engagement tactics
• Manage the development of a content strategy that supports the bank's brand and objectives
• Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and distributed through appropriate channels
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the bank's offerings and values

Campaign Execution:
You will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence. This includes:
• Establishing metrics to evaluate the success of communication strategies and campaigns
• Using data analytics to inform decision-making and refine strategies for improved outcomes
• Implementing campaigns across multiple channels, such as social media, email, print, and events
• Tailoring messaging and content for each channel to maximize audience engagement and reach

Internal and External Communication:
You will be responsible for coordinating internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged with the bank's objectives and initiatives. This includes:
• Developing communication strategies that align with organizational changes and updates
• Communicating the bank's strategy, focus areas, and values, and ensuring continuous reinforcement
• Partnering with divisions to increase engagement of our people across the bank
• Ensuring all communication is leading-edge and professional

Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:
As a key member of our marketing team, you will engage with various stakeholders, including customers, partners, and community leaders, to promote the bank's mission and values. Your responsibilities will include:
• Organizing events and speaking engagements to enhance stakeholder relationships
• Developing clear and consistent communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed about the bank's activities and initiatives
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, using this information to enhance the bank's offerings and strategies

Management of Resources:
In addition to your marketing expertise, you will also be responsible for managing staff costs and budgets, developing subordinate(s), and taking appropriate disciplinary measures as required. You will also facilitate induction of new staff within one month of joining the organization.
