  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Support the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, including website updates, emailers, blogs, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and assets for marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to content creation for emailers and blogs, maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, profiles, and business cards.
  • Conduct competitor research to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Assist with website changes and reviews, ensuring content accuracy and optimization.
  • Support in organizing and attending promotional events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences as needed.
  • Assist in compiling marketing reports.
  • Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in invoice processing and communication with suppliers for marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Graphic Design Diploma or equivalent field (BCom Marketing or similar).
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in marketing. In the B2B space would be beneficial.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Experience Required:

  • Canva or other design programs is a must.
  • Proven experience in creating exceptional, high-quality content is essential. (Please submit portfolio with application)
