About the Role

As a Medical Information Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing concise, accurate, and non-promotional information regarding our client's medicinal products or devices to healthcare professionals and patients. Your determination to deliver quality and accuracy will improve health outcomes that people and communities depend on.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and document medical information enquiries through various communication channels
  • Triage and respond to medical enquiries using client-approved resources
  • Identify, capture, report, and follow up on adverse events and product complaints in compliance with established timelines and organizational, client, and regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain and demonstrate advanced knowledge of project and corporate policies and procedures
  • Attend team and client meetings
  • Perform assigned peer quality reviews
  • Perform other ad-hoc activities according to PPD and client procedures
Requirements
  • A degree in a medical-related field or life science degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Biology)
  • Fluency in French verbal and written
  • Great communication skills in English
