This Sales and Service Consultant role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth.
Key Accountabilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, achieving predetermined sales targets through generating quality applications.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide advice on relevant products and services, and resolve any customer dissatisfaction/complaints in a timely manner.
- Service Delivery: Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining quality service standards, and ensuring first call resolution.
- Risk and Governance: Adhere to all risk and governance policies, standards, and procedures, escalating associated risks and participating in survey (EOS) and in findings action plans.
- Professional Development: Participate in all scheduled training and multiskilling opportunities, own and be proactive about own training and development, and complete all compliance training within prescribed timelines.
Education and Qualifications:
Higher Certificates and Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates: Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required).
