Job Description:
Sales Consultant

TalentCru is seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Hunting for New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  2. Converting Sales Opportunities: Convert sales leads into wins and maintain accurate records of sales performance.
  3. Marketing and Selling: Promote and sell company tracking application and solutions to the Motor Dealer channel.
  4. Generating Leads: Consistently generate new sales leads and meet or exceed sales targets.
  5. Clients on CRM: Ensure all new clients are active on our CRM system for efficient management.
  6. Pending Fitments: Drive pending fitments daily to ensure deals are fitted and on active status.
  7. Call Cycle: Maintain a regular call cycle with clients to build strong relationships.
Requirements:
  1. Matric: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  2. Degree or Business Management: A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred.
  3. Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
  4. Driver's License: A valid driver's license and own car are necessary for frequent travel.
  5. Corporate Governance: Knowledge of corporate governance principles and practices.
  6. Industry/Domain Knowledge: Relevant industry knowledge and domain expertise.
  7. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  8. Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  9. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  10. Telematics and Tracking Products: Familiarity with telematics and tracking products and solutions.
  11. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in computer software and applications.
