Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the ANPR product line, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
Product Roadmap Development:
  • Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes features, enhancements, and technical requirements based on customer feedback, market demand, and business goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities.
Go-To-Market Strategy:
  • Go-To-Market: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new ANPR product launches, ensuring a seamless user experience and effective marketing materials.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs and pain points, building strong relationships with partners and industry leaders.
Performance Monitoring:
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) post-launch, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvements.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on product status, challenges, and roadblocks to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, particularly within the technology or security industry, with a focus on ANPR systems or related fields.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of ANPR technology, market trends, and regulatory environments, with exceptional leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
