At Cosine Group, we are seeking a skilled Brand Ambassador to join our team and represent Hyperoptic in new build developments.

As a Brand Ambassador for Cosine, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with Sales and Development teams within these developments. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the advocacy of Hyperoptic's high-speed broadband services by engaging with on-site sales staff and development suites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement coverage plans to ensure successful delivery of activity
  • Increase awareness and enthusiasm for Hyperoptic's services among sales teams through tailored presentations, training sessions, and providing the latest product information
  • Research sites in your given call file and create strategic plans to guarantee productive interactions during site visits
  • Collect net promoter scores from visited sites to demonstrate the impact of training
  • Gather insights from on-site teams and communicate them back to Hyperoptic to aid in refining offerings, messaging, and support tools

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in training, field sales, or a related role, preferably within the telecommunications, real estate, or new build development sectors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively
  • Strong relationship-building abilities, with a focus on creating long-term partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and take initiative in driving results
  • Willingness to travel regularly to various sites within the assigned region
  • A good understanding of broadband services, particularly within new build developments, is advantageous
  • Full UK driving license and use of a vehicle
  • Happy to wear a branded uniform
  • You will be provided with a phone and tablet

Additional Information:

  • The compensation package includes £110 per day plus holiday pay, totaling £123.27
  • £10 per day completion bonus
  • Virtual training will be conducted online
  • Working days will be agreed in advance, between Monday and Saturday
  • 4 days per week, 7.5 hours including 30 minutes unpaid lunch
