Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Non-Negotiable)
  • Diploma/Degree in Retail or Business or related qualification
  • Minimum 5 years experience in retail, ideally in a supervisory or leadership level
  • Prior knowledge and experience in management of inventory, buying, staff, products merchandising, costs, and profitability
  • Knowledge of stock management systems, FMCG environment, and related legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in MS Office Suite, and analytical skills
