About the Role
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
  • Evaluate and maintain the cleanliness of all common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and elevators.
  • Assist in the cleaning and preparation of guest rooms for new arrivals and departures.
  • Handle and report any lost and found items.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and timely service to guests.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills essential.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and products necessary.
