Job Title: Lifestyle Manager

At ABC Worldwide, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lifestyle Manager to join our team. As a Lifestyle Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding our members' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Request Management: Manage requests in line with agreed deadlines, proposing excellent choices of restaurant options, and fully engaging with the member to maximize the conversion of requests to bookings.
  • Business Promotion: Promote the wider Company business to our members and suggest/take briefs for other teams in the business.
  • Home Page Management: Manage your home page ensuring that jobs and tasks are completed on time and others can quickly identify priority jobs in your absence.
  • Customer Care: Assist Team Leaders and Member Satisfaction team when resolving customer care issues related to jobs you have carried out for members.
  • Negotiation and Booking: Demonstrate the ability to confidently negotiate benefits with suppliers and obtain bookings when members cannot.
  • Feedback and Communication: Gather member feedback and send it through appropriate channels to ensure we are keeping the member satisfied and encouraging them to use the service repeatedly.
  • Service Standards: Maintain high standards of service and communication with the member throughout the request/member journey.
  • Administration: Keep administration and research relating to members or their requests up to date in real time on the in-house knowledge manager system.
  • Commission and Invoicing: Ensure that any requests that could result in commission for the company are capitalized on and accurate invoicing is produced.
  • Member Confidence: Confidently give members the belief that if you are unable to secure their first option, you are offering the next best option.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Norwegian is required. Excellent written and oral communication is a must. Fluency in other languages, particularly Norwegian, is highly regarded.
  • Local Knowledge: Having local knowledge of news and events, culture in the Middle East (primarily around Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha) and other key markets across Asia is highly preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in the leisure-oriented sector of business, hospitality, customer service, concierge, or call centre.
  • Skills: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills, dedication to customer satisfaction, and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
  • Administration: Strong administration skills and the ability to prioritize workloads to meet strict deadlines.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literate to a high level and proficient with all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Project Ownership: Proven capability to own and lead projects.
  • Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
