About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lifestyle Manager to join our team at ABC Worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing personalized solutions to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that members receive the best possible experience.
  • Promote our services to members and suggest opportunities for other teams within the company.
  • Manage your workload effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Assist in resolving customer care issues and provide feedback to members to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to members.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Flemish/Dutch is required, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Local knowledge of news and events, culture in Europe, and other key markets is highly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leisure-oriented sector, hospitality, customer service, concierge, or call centre is required.
  • Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills, with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet their needs.
  • Strong administration skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Computer literacy to a high level, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
