Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Content team to plan and execute daily tasks
  • Design and build engaging emails using HTML and CSS
  • Segment data to ensure targeted communications
  • Schedule and deploy emails to our member base
  • Quality assurance of colleagues' emails to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
  • Identify and resolve coding errors in email templates and email deliverability
  • Develop and implement new modules in HTML to enhance our member experience
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of email HTML and CSS
  • Ability to troubleshoot and fix email template HTML issues
  • Experience in building interactive emails
  • Good understanding of modular and responsive HTML and CSS
  • Ability to build modules and integrate them into our CRM system
  • Experience with left-to-right and right-to-left languages
  • Acoustic or other ESP experience is essential
  • Understanding of email design principles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
