Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and guide sales teams to achieve targets through coaching, performance reviews, and recognition.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to enhance sales skills and meet KPIs.
  • Create a positive work environment to support professional growth.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Align team goals with company sales strategies to drive revenue.
  • Oversee daily operations and Key Accounts to ensure sales and service targets are met.
  • Analyze budgets for cost-saving opportunities and increased profitability.

Client & Customer Relations:

  • Deliver timely, high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate new business.
  • Address customer concerns quickly and efficiently.

Marketing & Strategy:

  • Develop marketing plans to increase brand visibility and meet sales goals.
  • Conduct market research on trends, consumer behavior, and competitors.
  • Hold meetings to review business updates, challenges, and opportunities.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Optimize resource use and time management to improve efficiency.
  • Continuously evaluate and streamline business processes to enhance performance.

Essential Experience and Qualifications:

  • Matured qualification (Matric).
  • Proven success in a proactive sales role.
  • Experience in the ICT cabling and network hardware industry.
  • Consistently meets and exceeds targets.
  • Skilled in account management and business growth.
