Key Responsibilities- Front Entrance Management: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front entrance, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
- Luggage Handling: Efficiently manage and deliver guest luggage, adhering to our 5-star standards and ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Guest Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service, recognizing regular guests, and offering assistance with transportation and directions.
- Security and Safety: Maintain a high awareness of security at all times, reporting any incidents or accidents to the Duty Manager and/or Guest Experience Manager.
- Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with valet staff, Front Office Management, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Experience: Prior experience within a porter role or a 5-star hospitality industry is advantageous
- Flexibility: Must be flexible in terms of working hours and willing to work night shifts when required
- Customer Service: Prior experience in customer service is an asset
