Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Driving new business development through daily telesales and cold calling.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
  • Leading generation through various sources and platforms.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience within the Recruitment Industry.
  • Knowledge of major industries such as Finance, IT, HR, Mining, Manufacturing, Logistics, FMCG, etc.
  • Matric is essential, and a qualification in HR/Psychology or similar will be an added advantage.
  • Strong finance acumen and sound negotiation skills.
  • Computer literacy in CRM and ATS software.
  • MS Office skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • A valid Driver's License and own transport will be highly advantageous.
  • Fluent in English or Afrikaans.
