Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and data centres.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems and processes.
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and products.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Essential qualification - BSc Computer Science or similar. Industry recognized certifications such as ITIL would be advantageous.
  • Essential experience - Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
