Job Title: Head of Marketing

At HR Genie, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including digital marketing, branding, and media strategies.
  • Lead the Marketing Team: Manage and motivate a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
  • Brand Management: Ensure all branding is aligned with company policies and procedures, and develop strategies to maintain and enhance the company's brand reputation.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources to achieve marketing goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis on marketing performance, including metrics on website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Proven Marketing Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of marketing professionals.
  • Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and media strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders.
