We are seeking a highly skilled CSSD Manager to oversee the sterilization process and supervise staff at a Private Hospital Group in Eastern Cape.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and monitor the CSSD department to ensure efficient sterilization processes.
- Guide and train staff to maintain high standards of decontamination services.
- Manage the duty roster and allocate resources effectively.
- Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to achieve departmental goals.
- Registered Nurse with experience in operating theatre processes, including scrubbing, flooring, and anesthetic induction.
- Current registration with SANC and previous experience in managing a CSSD department.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and a strong attention to detail.
