Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Regional Director to lead our operations in the Limpopo and North West regions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in general management, with expertise in sales, commercial functions, and multi-branch operations.

They will be responsible for creating a regional strategy and operating plan, driving growth, and managing day-to-day activities within the regional hub.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, strategic thinking, and excellent leadership skills.

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, or Leadership (NQF 6 or 7)
  • Postgraduate business qualification (NFQ 8 or 9) is an advantage.
  • Approximate >5 years General Management experience at middle to senior management level.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Sales or Commercial function.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in handling multi-branch operations.
  • Experience in rental industry with short- and long-term rentals – preferably in mining, construction, heavy and light industrial sectors.
