Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Finance Director to oversee the full financial function as well as the commercial operations of our growing concern.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced CA with a minimum of 8 years experience in a manufacturing environment to join our multinational company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage the regional finance team, ensuring the effective execution of financial plans and strategies.
  • To develop and implement financial policies, procedures and controls that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • To provide strategic financial guidance and support to the business, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • To collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and drive results.

Requirements:

  • CA(SA) qualification or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 8 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
