Job Title: Brand and Campaign Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Brand and Campaign Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Career Custodians. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that align with our brand's vision and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital platforms, social media, and print materials.
  • Manage and maintain our brand's identity and messaging across all channels, ensuring consistency and high standards of visual and verbal communication.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to craft engaging content, including social media posts, blogs, email newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
  • Conduct market research to understand target audience trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns using metrics and data insights, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless campaign integration and alignment with broader company initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management and campaign coordination.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
