We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at kgadi Staffing Solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring monthly provincial payroll submissions, ensuring timesheets are accurately converted to net pay, and monitoring programme compliance and reporting.
- Responsibilities:
- Verify payroll information submitted by provinces for validity, approval, and accuracy.
- Analyse province payroll data to identify anomalies and track compliance with agreed pay rates and employee level splits.
- Compare actual wage costs to budget and identify reasons for variances.
- Check PAYE, UIF, and COIDA provisions for reasonability and ensure payment to relevant statutory bodies.
- Analyse exception reports timeously and follow up on unsuccessful wage payments.
- Analyse recipient movements (onboards, offboards, transfers).
- Monitor progress reports against programme outputs.
- Provide technical support on the programme's payment system.
Requirements:
- A Post Matric qualification in finance, IT, or payroll is preferred.
- Payroll related qualification.
- At least 3 years of related payroll administration experience.
- Reconciliation experience, specifically PAYE, UIF, and COIDA.
