Parts Sales Executive

- Promote sales of correct auto parts to customers
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate automotive oils and lubricants for their vehicles
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures for merchandise, as per company policy
- Arrange and plan showroom inventory to maximize sales and increase customer satisfaction
- Efficiently take care of customer complaints and concerns to the satisfaction of both parties
- Greet customers as they enter the shop and provide assistance as needed
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of automotive oils and lubricants, parts etc
- Ad hoc duties.
- Must have Parts Sales experience in the motor industry
- Must have good engine oil and lubricants knowledge
- Minimum of 2 years in the motor industry
- Ability to understand and present technical information and solutions
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Ability to answer telephone calls
