Upholstery Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team at Imforce Recruitment. As an integral part of our sales force, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our range of fabrics and complementary products to furniture manufacturers across South Africa.
About the Role:
- Sales & Customer Engagement: Actively connect with upholstery manufacturers, showcasing product benefits and driving sales.
- Market Development: Identify opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and promote the value of incorporating our fabric range into their offerings.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and provide feedback to management for strategy development.
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years proven experience in sales or business development within the upholstery or fabric industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the designated region using own vehicle.
Compensation Package:
- Basic salary up to R50,000 per month.
- Benefits including:
- Vehicle Allowance: R 4,500.00
- Fuel Allowance: R 4,500.00
- Cell Phone Allowance: R 1,000.00
- Monthly Commission: 3% on excess of R 600,000 per month.
