At Smollan Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Performance Consultant to join our team as a Field Sales Striker for Red Bull.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing territory coverage, perfecting store execution and management, and ensuring stock and POS management meet the highest standards.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-senior level professional with 2-3 years' sales experience in retail to develop their skills and contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Territory Coverage Management: Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize territory coverage and ensure consistent execution across all stores.
  • Perfect Store Execution and Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive store excellence and achieve business objectives.
  • Stock Management: Ensure accurate and timely stock management practices, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • POS Management: Implement efficient point-of-sale processes, enhancing customer experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Administration and Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' sales experience in retail.
  • Diploma/NQF level 5 or Higher/Advanced Certificate.
  • Code 8 Driver's license.
