Talent Acquisition Position Summary

This is a Mid-Senior level, Full-time Human Resources position within the Retail industry.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and metrics.

Requirements:

  • HR Related Degree or equivalent working experience.
