Vine Recruitment is seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our organization, this role will be responsible for managing high-priority projects and ensuring timely delivery while aligning with company objectives.

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled individual who can drive team alignment and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of their work. This includes:

  • Executive Support: Manage scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation for C-Suite executives
  • Project Management: Oversee high-priority projects, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company objectives
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration to drive team alignment with strategic goals
  • Operational Optimisation: Implement and improve processes to enhance efficiency and ensure executive priorities are reflected in team activities

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They will also be committed to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
