Contract Negotiator and Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Contract Negotiator and Administrator to join our commercial team. In this role, you will negotiate contracts with customers, manage contract administration activities, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the contract are addressed during the bidding and execution phase. Your experience in contract administration will help us maximize project revenues and minimize commercial risk.
We are looking for a commercially aware individual with strong negotiation skills and the ability to work in a matrix environment. You should have a proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts in previous roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate contracts with customers.
- Manage contract administration activities.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure contract compliance.
- Assist with bid handovers and booking processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Commercial awareness.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts.
- Familiarity with industry legal risk areas such as contractual liability, insurance requirements, defective performance, and warranty obligations.
