Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Professional Career Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to clients, including greeting and assisting guests, handling correspondence, and managing appointment scheduling.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries as needed.
  • Maintain employee personnel files, including leave forms, time sheets, and training records.
Requirements
  • Matriculation certificate.
  • Business Administration certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in office administration and reception.
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in Pastel Essential.
  • Valid driver's license.
