Job Overview

Hire Resolve seeks an experienced Enterprise Systems Specialist to oversee the effective operation, integration, and maintenance of enterprise-wide systems.

Responsibilities
  1. System Management and Support

    Oversight of day-to-day system operations, including ERP, CRM, and other business-critical applications. System performance monitoring, identification of bottlenecks, and resolution of issues to ensure uptime and reliability. Technical support provided to end-users with troubleshooting of system-related issues.

  2. Integration and Customization

    Collaboration with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system integration. Development, testing, and implementation of system enhancements or customizations to meet business requirements. Seamless integration with third-party tools and platforms ensured.

  3. Data Management

    Management of data integrity and security within enterprise systems. Data migration, system backups, and disaster recovery planning performed. Development of reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

  4. Compliance and Documentation

    Maintenance of system documentation, including architecture, configurations, and user manuals. Compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and IT governance frameworks ensured. Regular audits conducted to verify system security and compliance.

  5. Project Management

    Leadership or participation in system implementation or upgrade projects. Coordination with vendors, IT teams, and business units to deliver projects on time and within budget. Training sessions conducted for users on system functionalities and updates.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of systems such as QlikView, JDE, On-base, SQL management studio, MineStar, IDO, enterprise systems: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in database management (SQL, Oracle DB, etc.) and scripting languages.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and system lifecycle management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 35 years of experience in enterprise system administration or similar roles.
  • Certifications in relevant systems (e.g., SAP Certified Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365) advantageous.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS beneficial.
  • Familiarity with IT compliance standards such as ISO 27001 or COBIT desirable.
Estimated Salary Range:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year.
