About the Role

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Systems Specialist to join our team as an IT Infrastructure Manager. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operation of enterprise systems, ensuring seamless integration with third-party tools and platforms, and providing technical support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Management and Support: Oversee the operation of enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, and other business-critical applications, to maintain uptime and reliability.
  • Integration and Customization: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration opportunities between systems, develop system enhancements or customizations, and ensure seamless integration with third-party tools.
  • Data Management: Manage data integrity and security within enterprise systems, perform data migration, system backups, and disaster recovery planning, and develop reports and dashboards for decision-making.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Maintain system documentation, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and IT governance frameworks, and conduct regular audits to verify system security and compliance.
  • Project Management: Lead or participate in system implementation or upgrade projects, coordinate with vendors, IT teams, and business units, and conduct training sessions for users on system functionalities and updates.

Requirements

  • Strong Technical Skills: Strong understanding of systems such as QlikView, JDE, On-base, SQL management studio, MineStar, IDO, enterprise systems: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
  • Database Management: Proficiency in database management (SQL, Oracle DB, etc.) and scripting languages.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, 3–5 years of experience in enterprise system administration or similar roles, and certifications in relevant systems are advantageous.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
