Job Overview

Dimension Data seeks an experienced Digital Solution Architect to drive the design of digital solutions and integration components within our enterprise infrastructure. The ideal candidate will collaborate with technology and solution disciplines to define digital technology objectives, assess solution options, and devise architectural solutions that achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate strategic and business requirements into digital solution architecture(s) that align with our enterprise architecture.
  • Provide SME architecture expertise and detailed knowledge of digital technologies to guide solution development and achieve consistency of integrated digital design.
  • Ensure digital solution architecture(s) align to the enterprise architecture and leverage existing channel assets across the business.
  • Define and apply use of MultiChoice Digital solution frameworks, reference models, standards, policies, and practices.
  • Setup, implement, and use standard MCG Architecture tools to design and communicate digital solution architecture(s).

Requirements:

  • BSc Computer Science or BComm Information Systems/Informatics or a similarly relevant Information Technology degree from a recognized university.
  • Relevant channel system or related open-source certifications.
  • Architecture practice and modeling-related certifications.
  • Architecture tooling certifications and experience.
  • Supporting technology or business domain certifications.
