As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers, including troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and offering software support. You will also be required to train and assist iStore customers, delivering exceptional and professional quality support services.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have completed Matric and IT qualification (minimum A+/N+). They will also have prior experience in Helpdesk/1st Line Support. Tenacity, Conflict Management skills, Situational Awareness, and Learning and Development opportunities are also highly valued attributes.
