Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Generator & Transformer Supervisor to join our team at Prudent HR Solutions. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our generators and transformers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Maintenance: Supervise technicians and electricians for generator and transformer maintenance, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintenance Scheduling and Planning: Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and that downtime is minimized.
  • Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor the performance of generators and transformers, troubleshoot issues, and procure necessary parts to ensure that equipment is running at optimal levels.
  • Inspections and Compliance: Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure safety compliance and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports to ensure that all maintenance activities are properly documented and that trends can be identified.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor new team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Coordination with Property Managers: Coordinate with property managers to ensure that maintenance activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that our maintenance activities are aligned with the latest standards and technologies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in electrical maintenance and a proven track record of supervising and coordinating maintenance activities. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
