We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Generator and Transformer Supervisor to join our team at E2E Staffing (PTY) LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of our generators and transformers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of technicians and electricians to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance and operation of generators and transformers.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the optimal performance of our equipment.
  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of necessary parts and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including equipment logs and maintenance reports.
  • Train and mentor new technicians and electricians on proper maintenance and operation procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with property managers and other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in generator and transformer technology to make recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Technical degree or certification in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and operation of generators and transformers.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergency situations.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
