Customer Success Specialist

Azeus Convene is a leading provider of meeting and collaboration solutions for Boards and Senior Leadership Teams. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Advisor - Lead Generator to join our growing sales force.
Key Responsibilities- Act as an ambassador for Azeus Convene, promoting our products and services to potential clients.
- Responsible for cold calling on a daily basis to generate leads from our CRM system.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors.
- Achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided.
- Inform potential clients on the company's products and services.
- Be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business.
- Deal with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our brand values.
- Matric qualification.
- Must have experience advising new customers.
- Must have sold Business to Business.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a sales environment.
- Must be coming from an IT environment experience with software preferred.
- Ability to handle questions and objections.
- Ability to have a meaningful dialogue with Level C contacts.
- Aptitude to qualify leads.
- Professional, outgoing, persistent personality traits.
- Full time role with option for Hybrid work.
- Work Equipment - Laptop, Cellphone + Paid WIFI.
- Monthly Salary + comm.
