We are a dynamic financial services firm seeking a dedicated Human Resource Generalist to support our growth. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing various HR tasks, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to our policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. HR Management & Compliance
    Manage employee records, maintain accurate information, and adhere to labor laws and company policies.
  2. Employee Engagement & Support
    Provide assistance with employee inquiries, handle grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
  3. Benefits Administration & Payroll
    Process payroll, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  4. Professional Development
    Identify training needs, develop training programs, and track employee progress.
Essential Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or generalist roles.
  3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  4. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
