Position Overview:

As a pivotal member of our team, the HR and Compliance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization adheres to all legal standards and internal policies. This position is essential for overseeing human resources functions while promoting a culture of compliance and ethical practices within the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Functions:

Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job advertisements, candidate evaluation, interviews, and selection.
• Facilitate new employee orientations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Employee Relations:
• Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Address and resolve employee relations matters promptly and effectively.
• Foster a positive workplace atmosphere through proactive employee engagement and conflict resolution strategies.
• Maintain records of employee grievances and disciplinary actions.

Payroll Management:
• Act as a liaison with third-party payroll providers.
• Monitor and track employee leave entitlements.
• Calculate overtime pay and manage provident fund contributions.
• Address payroll and provident fund inquiries from employees.

Performance Management:
• Assist in creating and implementing performance management frameworks.
• Coordinate performance review processes and support managers in delivering constructive feedback.

Compliance Oversight:

Policy Development and Implementation:
• Formulate, execute, and uphold internal policies and procedures in alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
• Ensure all employees are well-informed about the organization's policies and procedures.

Regulatory Adherence:
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure company policies remain compliant.
• Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Prepare and submit necessary compliance documentation to regulatory authorities.

Risk Management:
• Identify potential compliance risks and devise strategies for mitigation.
• Conduct investigations into compliance breaches and recommend corrective measures.

Record Keeping:
• Maintain thorough documentation of compliance-related activities, including inspections and correspondence.
• Ensure accurate tracking of compliance issues and resolutions.

Documentation and Reporting:
• Keep organized records of all compliance activities, ensuring easy access for audits and reviews.
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding compliance status and challenges.
