HR Administrator - Portfolio of Hotels - Durban, KZN
Synopsis: Join our clients as an HR Administrator for a portfolio of hotels based on the breathtaking North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal. **Duties**:
- Oversee and manage HR administrative tasks for a portfolio of hotels.
- Coordinate workforce skills development by handling Workplace Skills Plans (WSP's) effectively.
- Monitor and manage the return on earnings within the HR department.
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Handle employee queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar HR administrator role.
- Proven experience in dealing with Workplace Skills Plans (WSP's) and return on earnings.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR administrative processes and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS software.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
- Must be based on the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal and available to start immediately.
