Business Development Manager

The Sales Promotions Manager is a key role within Capital Recruit, responsible for driving sales growth and achieving set targets in an assigned area. This involves the management and execution of business development, operational, customer service, and client retention strategies, as well as supervising the performance of field sales agents.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Promotions Manager is responsible for:
- Ensuring that field sales agents meet their minimum connection targets to meet overall sales targets.
- Recruiting and managing a team of field sales agents.
- Motivating and supporting field sales agents to achieve their sales targets.
- Tracking and monitoring sales performance and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Issuing stock to field sales agents and ensuring it is handled with care.
- Banking money from sales and ensuring it is deposited on the same day.
The Sales Promotions Manager is also responsible for:
- Vehicle management, including adhering to allocated kilometres and maintaining the vehicle in good condition.
- Ensuring that the vehicle is used for work purposes only and not for personal use or by field sales agents.
