As a key member of our team at Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd), the Head of Business Unit: SME Lending will be responsible for leading and driving the performance of direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering organizational costing within agreed budgets and timeframes
  • Managing risk and control effectively
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and driving necessary changes
  • Responsible for the data integrity of the division's information
  • Responsible for Strategic and Analytical development of products
  • Participating in driving and achieving sales of credit products in each segment

Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or other related business fields
  • 4+ years of proven experience in a similar role
  • Experience coming from a banking/retail environment will be advantageous
  • Proven experience managing a business or division
  • Systems development experience is advantageous
  • Proven marketing, sales, and operational experience
