Dutch Speaking Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Dutch Speaking Operations Manager to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment in Cape Town. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to achieve business and campaign objectives while ensuring quality standards are met.
About the Role:
- You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that agents meet their performance targets and maintain high-quality service delivery.
- You will lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills, and guiding your team to achieve exceptional results.
- You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- You will identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- You will develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including colleagues, managers, and senior leaders.
About You:
- Strong leadership and management experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving business objectives and driving operational excellence.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
