Job Description:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business development initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive commercial growth and retention.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects and initiatives that drive revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement commercial strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or tertiary qualification in finance, business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a senior management position, preferably in a commercial or business development role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven commercial strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
